Avoid this dealer..

Bought a car from this company, the owners name is Kain, which he was selling on eBay. It was described as having a full service history. I had the car delivered to me, when it arrived the service book was missing. I was told it had been accidentally left in the office but it would be sent the next day by recorded delivery. After five days of excuses and lies the service book has never materialised and I have now been blocked from communicating with him. I see I’m not the first person he’s done this to, and I’m sure I won’t be the last. I will now be reporting him to trading standards and the Motor Ombudsman.
