Very unprofessional

I called the place after seeing an advert on autotrader, the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude, harsh and angry then hunged up the phone on me as he did not want any question about the car he was selling, He was shouting at me through out our conversation despite me telling him am only a customer and would like to know more about the car.stay away from this place.
