Utterly horrendous service

Utterly horrendous service from start to finish. The sales person was unhelpful, late and disorganised. The car was not cleaned on arrival for collection. It was given a quick wipe over to try and appease the situation which left the floor and brake pedals so slippy it was dangerous and caused me to slip when walking afterwards. I was told to get the car valeted myself and bill the amount back to the company with a receipt. I did this and they are still yet to refund me over a month later. Furthermore, they FORGOT to set up my finance agreement. A total shambles. Save yoursd alot of hassle and avoid. I have complained mutliple times and no one cares. Head office handed it back to Exeter who have done nothing to appease the situation.
