New car sales, very poor

Went to Lookers last winter, salesman lacklustre and disinterested. Nevertheless went back in April, ordered a new VW Up. From that moment had to ask twice for details of order to be sent, rang several times to ask when car would be delivered. Was not offered test drive, or familiarisation drive. They had the cheek to pressure me to answer 'yes' to the VW survey, threatening that salesmen would all lose 20% of their wages if I said 'no'. I have repeatedly asked for leaflet on Roadside Assistance, and nor was I told this was part of the deal. I only found out when my car would not start and I rang Lookers. E mailed new car sales, no reply, rang yesterday, he didn't seem to know what to do. Promised to ring me back, he has not. Totally fed up with them, they've got their money and not interested. Would not recommend them!
