Avoid this dealer

Please avoid this dealer. I've owned an Audi for 20 years and have dealt with lots of dealerships (including Kidlington, Taunton, Poole and Stratford). The customer service from the Yeovil dealership is terrible, as is their record keeping. They seem to go out of their way to make warranty claims as difficult as possible and refuse access to Senior members of the team when trying to raise a complaint (I asked 2 members of staff for access to Senior management to hear my complaint and they refused). You are better off travelling to Taunton or Poole where the service is significantly better, or try the BMW garage down the road. I will raise this issue with Audi UK and hope that they take a good hard look at this dealerships behaviour and attitude. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid.
