Paid a deposit of £250 on a car and also agreed to pay £120 for car service which was due on Thursday. I changed my mind and told them on Wednesday I do not want to go ahead with the sale so they should have cancelled the service. When asked for the deposit they did not offer any of it back! They are happy to lose customers and pocket quick money. I will only be buying from Main Dealers from now on. The person I was dealing with for the sale is Mark
