Disgraceful customer service

Problems with the car ever since it was purchased. Constantly had to ring the office, only to be told a call back would be arranged. Never got one. Manager Chris, has no clue what hes doing. Promises and not once called tp update when the car would be repaired. Diagraceful. Only responded when complaint raised.
