poor service
Disgusted with the service team and their rude sexist comment made. Sent me someone else's bill and found this amusing as he was tired. One of the issues was not resolved and my car came back damaged. Will never use this jaguar branch again or even speak with them as they are so rude that's if you can ever get hold of them as they never answer the phone. It's not even worth emailing them as they never read your email correctly or if at all. They have no customer service or communication skills. Very poor and my advice would be to stay away from this branch and go somewhere else This has put me off Jaguar altogether.
