Poor Customer Service

Bought a new car from them in September 2020 for 2 years have had problem after problem with the car. It’s lease so emailed VW and they offered deposit plus a month back, spoke to them about another car offered me something totally unacceptable and said best they have sorry. Yesterday phoned up to book a service as light has come on, no problem next Thursday. Ok I’ll just need a lift to work sorry we no longer do anything like that, they’re in Lye I work in Cradley Heath. Could have offered a courtesy car but didn’t. I am so disgusted with they’re attitude I will not use them again and suggest no one else does.
