Total rip off

I paid £100 pounds for a diagnostic to hear they assumption that replacing cat, o2 sensors and software update might help. They quoted me £1100 and still didn't know I'd that's gonna work. They left my car and the key dirty from oil too. They are not mechanics for sure.
