Terrible service , do not trust them

personally upset by this company Please note complaints with this company are impossible, they will not respond and they are NOT registered with any motor ombudsman. I brought a Land Rover Discovery from them which was Supposedly Fully serviced and had a new MOT. After collecting the car we noticed a loud squeak and took it into 2 separate garages who both told us the breaks were no good at all and where also not SAFE. The company agreed to cover the cost of this immediately which was good however the squeak was still present after this was done along with other issues Bluetooth didn't work correctly, full service hadn't been completed as stated on sale, steering Gaiter was broken, The manager Andrew begged me to let him take the car to Bristol (adding over 300 miles to my car) I agreed so we could get this sorted and so it didn't cost them so much money as from discussions with Andrew business etc wasn't great. They left me a Manual car that as awful and very noisy as it arrived and told me I had to insure it. I was not happy and asked Andrew to cover the cost. He told me to hold off as he hoped to have the car back to me soon. Any way car came back still squeaking and still with Bluetooth issues. and to top this off they only brought back the car with half the fuel it went with! This man was so rude he actually had my wife in tears, talking extremely personal with her. After around 4 visits to one garage and still squeaking I asked if we could go to land rover and Andrew wanted to find his own garage which conveniently couldn't find a squeak. This cost me money which Andrew refused to give back as he said it was my choice to get another opinion. The point of this story is that good service is not something Andrew offers and he really didn't care that we had lost money and Miles on the car all due to his mistakes before he sold it. He said thats normal and he certainly shouldnt have to compensate me for everything that happened I even recently emailed him as I had taken the compliant further and would have liked to just be compensated and both move on but he chooses to ignore you completely. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALER !!!!!!!
