Test drive

Got to dealership Tuesday for a prearranged test drive of a Kia Niro E Told to make contact with Ethan who seemed surprised to see me. He explained the car had been used all over the week end and wouldn't be back until Wednesday. Why wasn't I told that on Saturday when I made the appointment and /or contacted on Tuesday to cancel. The whole site was chaotic with cars everywhere and the way out was like a slalom to drive through. Won't be going there again.
