I purchased a car from these guys which I found at first to be of good value until I drove it away and the EML came on numerous times. After contacting them & doing as they requested by taking it to their dedicated car repairer all they kept saying was they could not find any issues & didn't know why the EML kept appearing. They basically kept fobbing me off whilst the warranty of 3 months was dwindling away. As a condition of the sale I said I wanted a full service which they agreed to but I've recently found out wasn't done, all they had gone was topped up the screen wash, I've had the car 4 months & I have had to put 2 litres of oil in because it was bone dry and the service light has just appeared so a service clearly wasn't done as promised. I've never met the owner in person because he is never available, again a time wasting manoeuvre. I WARN YOU NOW STAY AWAY FROM THESE SMETHWICK CAR SALES.
