Great communication and highly recommend

Bought a Ford Mondeo 1.6 diesel 2014 Business edition from Tyburn and really happy with the service. Excellent communication by phone and WhatsApp. After I agreed to buy they got 12 months MOT for the car (with no advisories). They delivered from Birmingham to Oxford and exellent communication to update on delivery. Car was exactly as decribed and delivery driver was great. After a few days I had rainwater entering one of the headlights. Understandably Tyburn had not realised this since we had hardly any rain over the last few weeks due to the heatwave. I got a quote to fix this headlight issue and they kindly paid for this in full by bank transfer. So amazing after sale service! Exactly what you want from any used car seller. I've had bad experiences from other used car sellers so this was a nice change. Thank you Tyburn.
