Purchased new car July 2015. Up to delivery could not do enough. Once signed for however a joke I requested an extended warranty a week before collection. At time of collection span a load of bull. Chased it up a month later, their salesman would not return calls. Chased it up with sales manager, no response. Ford Customer care, absolutely useless and have no influence over poor dealer after sales service. Be careful, once you are out the door you are forgotten!
