Scam-terrible service

Took my Range Rover Sport in for a service and MOT here and the entire experience went from bad to worse. The price went up from the moment we walked through the door for no apparent reason. Charged an excessive amount for front disc and brake pads (£1,200). Quoted for work that was evidently unnecessary (as it had been completed elsewhere a week prior). Kept delaying the timeframe for collection. Ran out of time for a valley clean. Despite the final bill being double what was originally quoted over the phone, the customer service here was the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. Every agent we spoke to had conflicting advice. The “manager” threatened not to give our keys back if we didn’t pay the full amount when we questioned the price. If the people that worked here weren’t so rude it would have made a world of difference. Good manners go a long way. Not sure our £1,800 went very far at all.
