Awful

Bought a VW Golf in March 2020, within a month had serious issues, Wheel bearing was noisy and car kept slowing down, apparently it needed an EGR valve,couldn't contact Steve James due to lockdown, when we finally did, didn't want to know, was very rude and told us we were out of warranty, which expired in lockdown and they were uncontactable!!! Tried to get the car repaired, now all the injectors are blown on it, had two diagnostics done at VW, they admitted the car had been recalled by themselves for a replacement EGR valve, we did our own investigations and found that the Golf is an EA189 engine and part of the VW scandal engines which, if he was a true dealer would have been aware of but didn not inform us, also failed to inform us that the finance company needed to be told of any faults with the car which is still on finance, not had the car on the road for over a year still paying for it, finance company just as unhelpful, Taxi drivers didn't have a good word to say about the company Steve James liquidated the company AGAIN in late 2021/early2022 leaving a trail of very angry ripped off customers who cannot touch them for compensation due to it being a limited company.
