If you want a great quality car with excellent and caring service, then I don’t feel you need to look further. Other luxury brand car dealers seem to have a sense of self entitlement and grandeur over prospective customers and feel c*sure when working for these brands. Having been with BMW for 6 years now I can say Snows BMW Portsmouth have maintained my opinion of BMW. Staff are personable and welcoming into their fresh and open showroom. Never have seen or felt that anyone is judged and take people at face value. If you are a real car enthusiast or “petrol head” then you need to look no further than their M Performance specialist Michael Taylor. Clearly loving his cars you can really get a feel that he (and the rest of the team) are passionate about their business. Michael knew my wife was a petrolhead and didn’t just sell the car, but really talked over the aspects of each model, the brands thoughts behind it, and which we should go for, not just seeking the big sale. I went in doey eyed over a premium X6 model and although it was an amazing machine talking to Michael, Ian Foden (finance) and Ben Loveridge, his Manager, we found a car that was a better fit for the family giving us all we need, whilst still delivering a powerful and exhilarating ride. When I had doubts over what car to buy, the treatment from this garage reaffirmed my wife and I’s decision that they were the right choice for us. I look forward to coming back and dealing with Michael and the team in the future. We’re coming back for that X6!
