Disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. Car was delivered to me with 2 miles left of charge, car turned up with 3 scuffed wheels a big dent in the passenger door and no parcel shelf, tyre pressure warning light was on and discussed with the delivery driver that the tyre just needs a bit of air and to reset psi on the dash. Rang and spoke to Daniel Bartlett who told me there was nothing he could do. The manager reasoned with me , she was very polite and ended up giving me £150 off, I then called up a few days later and spoke to Jaspal Bhachu who was so rude and wouldn’t let me talk or explain about the tyre pressure warning light and just told me it’s nothing to do with him now, before I could explain he told me if I want to return the car to drive it to Wimbledon from Brighton and I’d have to pay for the damage to the tyre and extra miles used, when I was simply asking for advice about what the tyre pressure to be set to as it keeps coming up on the dash. I then was told later that I was rude and the call had been recorded and listened back to after not even being made aware the calls were recorded which is a breach of GDPR!!!
