If anyone wants to know how to do quality personal customer service, then this is the place you need to go! Nichole and Alex were so swift in getting back to me about any enquiries I had and were extremely reliable in keeping me informed at every stage of the process, from first enquiring about the car up to facilitating me being able to drive it away (having worked hard to provide a quick turnaround of 5 days!) I believe when they say they are still here to help with anything even after purchase, that this is clear evidence of being a family-run business and their dedication in their attention to detail towards myself and my needs as a customer and hopefully, one day yourself too!
