Purchasing a used Hyundai

My Citroen C1 is now ten years old and nearly at 100,000 miles. It is at the point where it will cost too much to keep it going so on the advice of my girlfriend who bought her Hyundai from Ryders Warrington, we decided to look at cars there via the internet. I spotted an ideal looking car within minutes so phoned Ryders to make an enquiry. The salesman, Stephen Johnson, was very pleasant and welcoming over the telephone, and I was able to arrange an appointment to view and test drive the vehicle that same day. My girlfriend and I were there within two hours and found Stephen to be just as welcoming in person as over the telephone. He guided me through the paperwork process in order to secure the finance deal, and then allowed me to take a test drive in the vehicle I was interested in. Upon arrival back at the dealership, I decided I wanted to proceed, and Stephen guided me through the paperwork. At no point was there any pressure from Stephen to push the sale through; he was thoroughly professional and explained everything in detail, along with a breakdown of the repayments and any additional extras I may want to add. In the next few days, Stephen called me a few times to ensure I was still happy with everything and kept me updated on how things were progressing. He even gave me the opportunity to bring my outgoing C1 to the dealership and they would dispose of it for me, which subsequently saved me booking an appointment with another company to get it disposed of! Truly wonderful service provided by Stephen and Ryders. My girlfriend recommended them to me, and from the experience I had, it was clearly obvious why she recommended them so highly!
