Poor, Rude Customer service

I booked a test drive for an EV6, as one of my friends had already placed an order for the same car. I booked my interest online and I was called back by Sanjay to arrange a test drive. On the day as I was on my way for the test drive, there was traffic on the motorway and I was going to be 10/15 minutes late, I called the customer service and told them I'll be 20-30 minutes and to ask Sanjay if I can still come in for the test drive as I didn't want to waste their's and my time. After being put on hold for 5 minutes, I was told that the she had checked with Sanjay and that it would be ok for me to come. I got there 23 minutes late in the end, I asked for Sanjay and I was told he'd be called, he came about 10 minutes later. He asked me to sit down and went through the financial aspects of the car, I told him that a friend of mine (who was also accompanying me) had already placed an order a week back so I was aware of all the figures however Sanjay still went ahead, took my details to print workout a quote, we talked for good half an hour and then in the end I was asked, what do I wanna do? If I want to go ahead with the order? I was gobsmacked. I asked what about the test drive? I was then told that because I was late I couldn't go on a test drive. I had to remind him that I had specifically come for a test drive to which he replied that I could go to another Kia for a test drive and place a order with him after that. I then asked if I could at least sit in the car and have a look inside. To which I was told that oh sorry that is a customer's car and it is locked (it was unlocked when intially got there and when I was waiting for him, but I didn't have a look inside then because I thought I was going to take it for a test drive anyway). A week later today, I get a call from Sanjay asking me what have I thought about the car?!! What could I think of a £50k car which I haven't gotten to drive? He kept arguing that it was my fault for being late and totally denied that I had called before I went in to ask if it was going to be ok for me to come even though I was running late. He kept saying that I was late, even though we sat down for over half an hour and he also took over 10 minutes to show up. The customer service from this branch of Kia has been extremely poor, especially from Sanjay who kept arguing that I was late but also wasted my whole day and almost an hour at the branch by just explaining the cost of the car, which I was already aware of. I hope people take this review into consideration before looking to go ahead with this branch.
