Do Not Use!! 1star still no low enough!!

Didn’t have the opportunity to survey a car before pick up, spoke to them over the phone and was assured everything was ok. Finance went through the day before picking up car. As I started the car engine light was on. Took car back to them 3 times in 1 months and the car still had the issue. Took the car to BMW only to be told it needs a new ENGINE!!!! Turns out that they were trying to play me until my 3month warranty ran out. Anyway I took the car and left it there and luckily I financed half and paid the other half in cash. So I told the finance company. They then had the car for almost 2 months trying to fix it, leaving me with no vehicle and I was still paying insurance and the finance. They got back saying yes it needs a new engine, Do I want to wait for them to get a replacement engine (with no time scale) or a refund. Refund pls. I lost out on £300 in finance and lost more in renting a vehicle, then lost another £200 at BMW for the diagnostics.This money I never got back Over £800 in total.Don’t deal with them lol. Though this was in 2015. Just stumbled on their website again.
