Poor Service. Don’t use!!!!!

Didn’t have the opportunity to survey a car before pick up, spoke to them over the phone and was assured everything was ok. Finance went through the day before picking up car. As I started the car engine light was on. Took car back to them 3 times in 2 months and the car still had the issue. Took the car to BMW only to be told it needs a new ENGINE!!!! Turns out that they were trying to play me until my 3month warranty ran out. Anyway I took the car and left it there and luckily it was finance. So I told the finance company. They then had the car for 2 months trying to fix it, leaving me with no vehicle and I was still paying insurance and the finance. They got back saying yes it needs a new engine, do I want to wait for them to get a replacement engine (with no time scale) or a refund. Refund pls. Bare in mind I paid £1k deposit and another £1k for the monthly finance. This money I never got back, a loss of £2k. Don’t deal with them lol. Though it was 2014. I just stumbles upon their website again and got these memories.
