Getting worse

I've used this place for over 10 years never had a problem, until today took day off work to get some work done( which I booked in on monday), dropped the car off at 8:30 didn't hear anything till I rang them at 3pm to be told I doubt my car would even be started on the Saturday. Absolutel shambles, a couple of hours job and they never apologised. They have lost my custom I'd advise anyone else to rethink using them too
