RIP OFF Garage

Took out a 5 year Life Line Guarantee when we purchase our 3 year old Juke, the sale person said never said we had to take it back to Stoneacre for a service and MOT to keep the guarantee going. These prices are astronomical but went along with it then the car has developed an oil leak, so it went in for the service and MOT and they was asked to repair the oil leak. The garage at Grimsby checked for an oil leak but said it was coming from the Timing Chain cover and this is NOT covered under the warranty and charged us £99 for checking it out. I was then told that there might be another leak somewhere but because they have cleaned the engine down they cant tell but if I bring the car back in 2 month they will check it out again at a cost. I asked to speak to a manager but I was told there wasnt one in but he would ring me, Im STILL WAITING for that call. DO NOT take out the cover it’s a CON.
