Disgraceful

Visited BMW Haliwell jones Wilmslow for the first tike today and i am disgusted on how i was judged when i walked into the place! My car was due a recall so i took it there and i wish i took it to trafford instead. I walked in and the way they all looked at me uo and down like i didn't meet the standards to walk into their BMW showroom! I didn't no you had to look or dress a certain way to visit bmw Haliwell Jones Wilmslow! Made me feel awful and embarrassed!! They told me i entered the wrong way for services on my car was through the back . I can honestly say the service people who do the work on the cars ( RECALLS,MOT,SERVICES ect) are absolutely lovely plus the customer service people at the front desk that greet you at the service bmw place . Made my 2 year old boy so happy they give him a gift toy car so thankyou you made his day . I dont need to exsplain my self to anyome the way u looked but i feel i should do in this occasion the reson i looked the way i did bmw Haliwell is becouse i have bad depression and anxiety and i tried to look my best today and make effort and bring my car my self instaed of my partner to get me out the house make me feel a bit human! But thankyou for making me feeling very low and no worth !
