Not what was expected

I purchased a Volvo XC 60 almost exclusively online. I had a number of telephone conversations with Mark and eventually after agreeing terms, visited the dealership (after travelling for several hours) for a test drive. The car was exactly as described. Mark and his team had also completed all of the work agreed, to a high standard. I can honestly say that I have never met or dealt with a car dealership as honest, transparent and professional as Free Spirit Automotive. Mark you’re a gentleman.
