Service plan

I have a service plan with VW Bromley and to be honest I don’t know why. I always seem to have to wait a hell of a lot longer than I’m told. If it’s four hours then it’s four hours and not 90 minutes. Just tell me the truth. I recently had a service and was told new tyres were needed but would mean I would have to wait another three hours on top of the four I already waited when I was originally told 90 minutes. I had new tyres fitted at a later date at my convenience with another garage only to be told that both front and back wheels were out of alignment. Really considering my options when signing up to a main dealership. I don’t have money to burn and it’s really expensive these as it is without risking my vehicle and parts cost due to poor service. Very unhappy 🙁
