Mot and service

Got charged four hours labour for mot, service with a spring and bushes. Told that wishbone would be better to replace as sometimes takes them a while to replace just the bushes so let them. Then they charged fours hours as the so called engineer struggled to get four bolts off. Granted they may be rusted but best part of four hours. Really. Shows how it's done in 10 minutes online. So what you paying for? Advice would be not to use them. At your own risk
