Love my new car!

I went to Emerald to buy a car in December originally. I got a BMW 1 series which caused all of us nothing but problems but Nick and Kelly in the aftercare team were nothing but helpful, and sometimes you do just get a bad car no matter where you go. They were quick to sort out any problems and gave me a courtesy car. Unfortunately after many problems with it they agreed to take the car back with no arguments. I went to pick another car (ford focus) and JO was nothing but helpful and told me everything I needed to know about the car. When I went to collect the car a salesman called Cameron dealt with me and he was super friendly and helpful, and great conversation. Overall I am happy with the outcome and how willing and helpful they were.
