Trading standards case opened. Would not recommend this dealer to anyone! We were shown incorrect paperwork while viewing the car. Anything we asked to see either wasn't with him or did not exist. Test drive seemed fine but he wouldn't let me test it properly and I was asked to turn back to the dealership wishing a few meters of leaving the site. He refused to provide a receipt after I had I rang a few times for them to email to me he just blanked me. The car had problems the minute we drove out of the showroom. After going back he told us he had never seen us or the car ever before. Unbelievably rude and obnoxious staff. He kept on saying "I'm not scared of the police or trading standards so go ahead and sue me" so that's exactly what we will do. Please stay away. I would hate for anyone else to go through what we are at the moment. The police are also involved in this matter. As he is going against the consumer laws that were set out October/2015!
