Whilst looking online for a Ford Mondeo Estate to replace our much loved Subaru, we came across Carmatched.com purely by accident. After a short phone call to establish it was more or less what we had in mind, we set off straight away to Broadstairs, hoping that the enthusiastic description we had had from Rupert, the proprietor, was not just sales talk. After three hours on very busy roads we were not in a very receptive frame of mind, but Rupert greeted us warmly and there was no pushy sales talk, just a thoughtful explanation of how everything worked. After a quick spin we liked the Ford Mondeo. Rupert's daughter, Autumn, was also very helpful and friendly, making us feel completely at ease. The negotiated part exchange was fair and we collected it a week later. We were treated with respect by Rupert, his daughter and wife, Kirsty, throughout with consideration and friendliness, patiently replying to all our questions and offering every assistance possible. Ten miles home along the M2 we both agreed we had bought an exceptional car. One week on we are really thrilled with it. Thank you, Rupert and family, for making our experience such a pleasure and treating us with such courtesy. I hope we shall deal with you again one day, though I don't think we shall be parting with this lovely Mondeo in any great hurry!
