Shocking customer service

Staff are rude and unhelpful, i called in to look at a couple of caravans, there was no one around to help, when i did manage to find a bloke he was rude and made me feel like i was in the way. Prices are steep however the place itself is dated and its like rewinding 20years, they clearly have no idea of running a successful business
