AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

NIGHTMARE DEALERSHIP!! I bought a Polo back in June, with the agreement that before I took delivery, stone chips on the front bumper would be filled in. Upon delivery this clearly hadn’t been actioned as promised by Keith (salesman) multiple times. We therefore mutually agreed that a touch up pen would be sent to myself. (10 weeks on and this pen still hasn’t arrived in the post). Not only this, the service history was described to me as “Full Dealer” however this is far from the case when a gap of 20 months had lapsed between services on a car that is 3 1/2 years old. Having been waiting now for 2 1/2 months for my V5C Logbook, I have chased through the sales manager for an update, promising me a call the following day to tell me what is going on. Did he call? No!! The sales manager confirmed this has been actioned online twice. This is pure rubbish because having spoken now to the DVLA, they have confirmed no application or anything has been received and if this was done online, the logbook ownership would change immediately. What a joke this dealership is. Definitely would not recommend!!! Sort your act out VW Blackpool.
