Customer Service Is Horrendous

I purchased a car from this company - customer service is atrocious. Rang 3 different sites including the one I purchased the car from just to be continually put on hold and then fobbed off. Whitefields LSH Dealership registered the cars colour incorrectly and cannot speak to anyone who can sort the issue. Trying to sell the car but with the incorrect recording of the colour on the V5C by the dealership buyers are quite rightly sceptical that the car may have been in an accident and are not prepared to accept the vehicle in part exchange - I generally deal with Sytners who I can wholeheartedly recommend to anyone wishing to purchase a HiSpec quality car - avoid LSH Group as you will be buying a car at your peril - they cannot be trusted to take a complaint or deal with a complaint seriously with a bunch of receptionists whose one aim is to get individuals with complaints off the phone as quick as possible and So Called Sales Manager who tried to tell me that LSH don’t provide the information that is sent to DVLC to register a vehicle - Utter Nonsense I will keep writing reviews on LSH Group until my complaint is taken seriously
