The car was overpriced and haggling was ignored, many faults and many visits later, followed by threats regarding sales of goods acts and lemon laws the car was accepted as not fit for purpose all within the warranty period. Just to top it off the owner decided to withdraw my £200 deposit, but that's ok, what goes around comes around.
