Bought a new too me alpine white x3 30d xdrive msport. And could not be happier with the service I recieved from James. I told him a little about issues I was having with a lemon bought from another dealership and he was very understanding. He walked me through the process and held the car for 3 months waiting for the unwind to go through. There was no hassle or pestering for updates and was so friendly and understanding. Honestly the service was out of this world. Came too d day and the unwind was done and within 7 days I have the car sat on my drive. Its immaculate and with the 6 month warranty (I honestly don't think I'll need) I couldn't be happier. A full years mot, full valet, refurbished alloys, mini service and new tyres. I'm elated. Highly recommended dealership.
