WHERE TO START WITH THIS PLACE!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID - COWBOY CENTRAL !!! saw the bmw X5M they had for sale on auto trader. pictures looked good ( in a completely different area to where the "dealership" actually was but none the less phoned and enquired about it. The attitude on the phone was disgusting, wouldn't return calls so phoned from another number to have the call answered straight away. Booked flights from Glasgow to go and collect the car... this is where your eyes will open and jaw hit the floor. Arrived at 9am to have to wait 30/35 minuets for the boss to come to sort finance paperwork. Left with the car and joined the motorway to find the pan roof didn't work whatsoever, the aircon also had a horrific smell coming from it. with a 6 hour drive back to Glasgow we soldiered on. Halfway up the M6 the oil light came on, phoned the dealership to be told "don't worry about it just top it up" ???? I've just collected the 2nd most expensive car you have for sale and you couldn't even check the fluid levels! They had also fitted 4 part worn tyres to a jeep that has 580BHP! couldnt go above 74mph as the vehicle shook violently, pulled into a service station for a rest - applied the electric parking brake to have the car roll out of a space,,, it passed an MOT the previous day!!! the car also has been in an accident as the rear bumper has been resprayed very poorly with masking lines clearly visible. inside the boot the plastic trims had all been broken, front passenger wing and headlight also poorly repaired. the engine has a very concerning whine coming from it when accelerating, add that and the fact it needed oil on the drive home...not good!! after phoning to tell them i am not happy with the car i want to return it and unwind the deal i was met with that's what happens when you buy a car from Birmingham!!! for a car that was £33000 you would expect it to be in a presentable condition and any issues known to be rectified...not with these cowboys at GWC. AS IT STANDS THIS CAR HAS COST ME £1000 THAT I WILL NOT GET BACK!!!! FLIGHTS TAXI FUEL OIL TRANSPORT COSTS TO GET THE PILE OF JUNK SENT BACK THIS CAR WAS PUT BACK UP FOR SALE A DAY AFTER ARRIVING BACK TO THESE COWBOYS!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
