Just received my new car from WAVMOB today, all the way up in Sunderland! I cannot fault the customer service that I have received from Ally and then Mark, who drove the vehicle up to my doorstep. I spent many hours emailing and telephoning Ally last week with regard to finding the perfect vehicle for me and my mobility scooter. He sent me videos to show me the vehicle and to show me how the ramp and seats worked. He took measurements of the boot to ensure that my scooter would fit properly and was experienced in dealing with customers who have mobility issues. He answered any questions that I had promptly and always kept me up to date with the handover process. For all Mark was travelling hundreds of miles away, he was prompt in his arrival and ensured that I was completely happy with the car before he left for the train home. I was practically crying happy tears when I managed to drive my scooter straight into the vehicle with no hassle at all and took it for a quick spin as soon as I could. I cannot say thank you enough to Ally and Mark and for the customer service that I have received over the past few days. This car is going to give me so much freedom and really is going to change my life.
