Not great

I bought a car from Actons Motor company in May. The people were nice and friendly however there were a number of issues with the car. The wrong wiper blade had been fitted causing some damage to the paintwork when used and the cruise control didn't function at all. The main issue however was with the clutch, where it would constantly fail. I took it back to Actons as it was still under warranty and they sent it to their garage. I was told the mechanics couldn't find anything wrong and that sometimes "cars just cough." Dissatisfied with this answer, I took it to a garage of my choice and found out the whole clutch needed replacing. Actons did not pay for this. They also accused me of damaging the clutch by removing the driver's side mat, even though they sold it to me without a driver's side mat. Am happy with the car now it's fixed, and the people were nice, but get the impression they don't really know a lot about cars so be cautious.
