Shocking service thieves

Had an accident police arrived and lix toll recovered my car as I got taken to hospital. After being released woth a broken spine I tried to recover all my belongings from the car and was rudly told the was a 500 + vat bill for release of my car after numerous days and getting v a letter from the police stating it was free of charge they proceed to tell me to ignore the letter and they would release my car for a 1 of cost of 200 again I refused. They then tell me 2 days later may I add that my car has been SCRAPPED and they can't disclose as to where it went !! Raging is a understatement now I need to make official complaints and still no way of ever getting my belongings or car
