Refuses to honour VW price Promise

VW Vertu Leeds refused to honour price promise as per their terms for maintenance to my car despite me being in possession of quote from a local garage. Service manager Roger stated they do not have to price match anything and was defensive and unprofessional telling me to complain. Cannot recommend for servicing as staff particularly rude.
