My boyfriend purchased a BMW 1 Series from this garage, sweet talked into he bought the car which was worth £7500 apparently had full service and MOT 2 weeks after purchasing the car the oil levels was low, so more oil had to be added which shouldn’t happen after a full service right? 2 months into having the car the car completely cut out, took to a garage being told the timing chain had completely snapped… I’m no mechanic but does this not get checked on MOT? Rang the dealership and told complete and utter bullshit “BMW don’t have belts they have chains” and “chains don’t snap the stretch” I’ve made a formal complaint… Save yourself money and go somewhere else. Waste of time
