Absolutely horrendous service
I was speaking to a lady named Sonya or Saniya at the Allen Kia Solihull. Never been spoken to so rudely. I get it that Kia is having some major issues, but to tell me to stop calling when i need help to get mobile again given my car is under warranty and I pay Allen Kia Solihull for their service plan, its ridiculous. Call their customer sales right now, and theyll be lovely and nice. Now that I have bought a car and theres a manufacture fault, they have just told me to call Kia. Im being given no courtesy car, and they have basically just told me to bugger off. STAY AWAY from this horrible place, and avoid buying crappy, low quality cars from Kia. I thought they had improved andwere actually good quality, but sadly not. To be treated like this, its crazy. I have no car, and i am left to hire a car at my own expenses.
