Poor customer service
On 05/07/2022, I put £500 on a deposit for a pre order for a Kia Soul 2023 at Chapelhouse Warrington Kia. It was so I could be one of the first to order a 2023 Kia Soul that was out in USA but not U.K.. I I started to have second thoughts when the biggest dealership [owned by Kia] in nearby Bolton said that they would not start a pre order list for a car where there were absolutely no details from Kia. To cut a long story short I started phoning the dealership in Warrington on a regular basis [5 calls] a few weeks back and the customer service receptionists were always delightful — but the salesman concerned is either not available or on holiday. I never got a call back until last Thursday on 11/08/2022, when I was told that it would definitely would arrive by bank transfer. It is now the following Monday PM and there is still no sign. I have got the evidence of the bank transfer but it was by debit card. I will now use my bank or Resolver if it does not arrive tomorrow
