Great aftersale attitude

I have bought 8 years old ix20 in July 2022. it is natural that the car with 100k+ miles can have some imperfections. What is much more important is the after sale and complaints reaction of Allen Briggs. It was discovered that the state of battery is not quite sufficient for ISG and one of parking sensor (probably after the hit from a stone from road) stops working. Theoretically these cases are not covered by guarantee because it is "wear and tear" and I must pay myself. But thanks to manager Denise Russell and the company culture in the attitude towards clients the battery and the sensor were changed for free. More over, I have to drive 200 miles to London for this repair and Allen Briggs paid for the diesel for the trip. Really pleasant surprise nowadays. The very best of luck them in future
