Recently purchased a Touareg 4X4 from Marshall VW Horsham, sold to me by (Mathew Blackman). From the Test Drive on Day 1 I have had issues with the Car which they promised would be fixed before Picking up / buying. When I had picked up the Car & Drove 5 Mins down the road & realized they had not fixed any of the Problems, Steering Alignment / Tracking out & a big Vibration at 60 MPH i Phoned the Dealer ASAP. After various attempts & weeks later to fix the Car (3 Visits in Total) the Wheels were Refurbed & Re Balanced for the 2nd Time which seem to fix the issue. I had to get the Tracking fixed myself at my cost as they did not bother. When cleaning the Car I had noticed some Corrosion on the Rear Boot Lid in 3 places, i contacted the garage straight away & spoke to(James Fisher) & explained the situation to him. The Car went back again to the Dealer who insisted he would get the Paintwork Fixed. 4 Days later returned to find all they had done was Polish the Corrosion not Respray the Panel. this is just not acceptable in my eyes on a £21,000 6 Year old Car sold by a VW Dealer. I had to take the Car back home because i needed it for Work. Have since been to another Garage (Paint Sprayer) to look at the car & they have stated that the Whole Boot Lid will need re spraying to get a good acceptable finish. After multiple Calls & Emails to Marshalls to try & get this sorted i am getting no Response whatsoever. Now seeking legal action with Marshall VW to have the work completed elsewhere & claim my Money back. If you look at the Latest Reviews for Marshall VW Horsham there is a common theme appearing of unhappy Customers who cannot get a response when an issue arises. just not good enough from a VW Dealer. expected better Service from (Mathew Blackman, Salesman) (James Fisher, Aftersales) (Elliott Crosby, Dealer Principle) who seem to have all just washed there Hands of this. Stay well Clear.
