Very poor after service

Very disappointed in what should have been a memorable occasion buying my daughters first car. Don't be dexpceived by Steve's approachable manner. He told us a succession if lies. No second key as promised, no service history record as promised, no organising a log book as promised. We've spent months worrying whether we have bought a legal car. All subsequent calls were met with endless excuses. If he'd spent that time more usefully we wouldn't have had to resort to paying DVLC for a replacement log book, and paying for a second key. The worst car purchase ever, and I'm nearly 60!
