I made my first contact by phone and turned up the next morning , and John Rushton came out recognising the car i had told him i would be driving and invited me in. I felt comfortable from the word go. I placed my order with John and true to his word he kept me informed through the whole process right up until the day for me to collect my first new car. Olivia made all the arrangements and in true Mercedes Fashion on the day both me and my wife felt it was Special to us. I would like to thank John and Olivia for the work they put in and for making the whole experience just what buying a new Mercedes should be (special) 5 Star from the start to finish
